An opening order is $100 and must be paid for in advance of shipping. We will contact you with your order total and an invoice. Orders can be placed on our website with an approved wholesale account, and paid for by credit card, PayPal, or Net 30 for wholesale customers who have set up terms with us directly.
Our minimum order is $100. Orders below $100 will incur a surcharge of $5.00 and cannot be placed on our website.
Sterling silver orders:
Orders shipped within the United States can be placed by email, telephone 212-995-9300 x 201, fax 212-995-9348, or online. International orders must be placed by email, fax or telephone, and not on the website.
14K gold orders:
Online wholesale gold prices are coming soon. For now, requests for prices and orders must be made by phone, fax or email. Addresses are above.
Payment is in US dollars either by check, money order, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Wire transfers are subject to a service charge. Online we accept payment only by credit card. For wholesale customers who have set up terms with us, we also offer Net 30 as a payment option at checkout.
Prices are for items packed in a re-sealable polythene bag with a storycard and anti-tarnish paper [sterling only]. Velvet pouches and jewel case packaging are also available for an additional charge.
Wholesale lead times:
The collection is large and availability cannot be guaranteed but sterling silver is generally available from inventory and can usually be shipped immediately. If we are out of stock on a particular item, it is probably wending its way through the workshop and delivery will be in 20-35 business days. Large quantity orders of sterling silver should be made four to six weeks in advance to guarantee timely delivery. Gold and platinum jewelry is made to order and normally ships in 20-25 business days from receipt of order depending on the style.
Standard Orders (all products listed on wholesalelaurelelliott.com): Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of order. A refund, less a 20% restocking charge, will be credited on your purchase. Returns are accepted based on our discretion, and must come in its original packaging, unworn, and undamaged. To make a return you must first contact us to receive a return authorization number. Return instructions will then be provided.
Special Orders (see FAQ for definition of Special Orders & Custom Orders): Returns are the same as Standard Orders.
Custom Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges on Custom Orders. Custom Orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Within the US, Canada and Mexico, we ship by UPS GROUND and 2nd-Day Air. To destinations outside North America, we ship via DHL. International orders must be placed directly with us, and cannot be placed on our website.
We are unable to drop ship, except in exceptional circumstances and only by prior agreement.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
